Introduction
Efficient thickener is Xinhai independent research and development mining thickener. Different from the conventional thickener, efficient thickener more suitable for dehydration processing concentrates and tailings, is widely used in traditional chemical, coal, non-metallic mineral processing, environmental protection, metallurgy and other industries. Features

1.In the mixing device added flocculant, increased sedimentation of solid particles of diameter can be to a great extent, it would greatly increase the rate of settlement.

2. Efficient thickener adds degassing tank, which would allow sufficient adhesion of solid particles on the bubble.

3.Efficient thickener with receipt disk device,can make the mine barrel down, so that the pulp to be more uniform, more stable whereabouts, effectively preventing the occurrence of this phenomenon turned flower.

Works Principle

Efficient thickener consists of round thickener and harrow scrapping machine, the solid particles suspend in thickener settling by gravity, the pulp in the upper turn into clean water, so that the separation can be realized. Slime that sediment in the bottom of the thickener is discharged by the harrow scrapping continuously, and clean overflow from the upside.

Use Terms

1.Close underflow gate, empty load drive, and then to the mine.

2.Debris are not allowed inside the casing, bottom exile mine gate must open and flexible, and is equipped with spare gate.

3.Check thickener center, drive ministries plastic pump operation. Packing drain mine to timely treatment, lubrication should be promptly oiling.

4.To maintain safety device, the signal is in good condition.
